If you would like to obtain an account with HCC you need to complete a credit application form. This is available for download in our Welcome Pack.

We may provide credit on our charges only, any costs paid out to third parties on your behalf are required to be paid on a disbursement basis. Without an account charges are on a COD/CBD basis.
